We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the following vacancy:
SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT (Full time)
Pre-requisite:
- Female
- Wearing Headscarf
- Age 20-30 years old
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Sales & Marketing Department in its day to day operation.
- To make calls and follow ups with current and future customers.
- To perform departmental administrative duties.
- To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Academic:- Min. Diploma in business and marketing discipline.
- Min. 1 year of relevant marketing experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. A third language is an advantage.
- Computer Literate, Internet savvy with strong competence in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- A strong organizational skill, ability to set priorities, display attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups.
- Dynamic, self motivated and energetic person who can work under pressure.
- High initiative, focused and result-oriented.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
